Mamavation Monday- Week 2

Ok stats!

pre- preg weight was 7stone 6lb

pregnancy i went to 10stone 4lb

height 5ft 1inch

clothes size pre preg 8-10

clothes size now 12-14

GOAL WEIGHT- 8stone

Sorry its late in posting! This week i continued two challenges- mamavation challenge of ankle strength exercises and taking part in the get moving for 15min for 30 days #getmovingchallenge

weight at the start of the week i was 8stone 6lb

i walked for a total of 9miles, or 2hrs 30mins this week- went up 4 flights of stairs 6 times (3 with a pushchair and 1 with shopping), done 20 pushups, 30sec plank and theraband exercises

went onto the scales and i now weigh…..

8stone 6lb

WOOP 😀  also not had chocolate in two days!

🙂 so this week keep up the 30 day challenge and ballet moves.
