Mamavation Monday- Week 1

Ok stats!

pre- preg weight was 7stone 6lb

pregnancy i went to 10stone 4lb

height 5ft 1inch

clothes size pre preg 8-10

clothes size now 12-14

GOAL WEIGHT- 8stone

This week i set two challenges- mamavation of pelvic floors/ankle strength exercises and taking part in the get moving for 15min for 30 days #getmovingchallenge

weight at the start of the week i was 8stone 12lb

i walked for a total of an hour and 10min today and last monday, i done x10 sets of pelvic floors for three days (should have been everyday- bad jenny), walked 15min thursday, done x40 releve and x60 eleve ballet ankle strengthening for the week and managed to bounce and do pelvic tilts on the gym ball while comforting jessica for two of the days! oh and walked around the flat for what was 15mins or more twice to comfort jess!

active week!! plus got light ovaltine instead of normal and light choc moose! didnt buy any cake this week either!!

went onto the scales and i now weigh…..

8stone 8lb

WOOP lost 2lb

🙂 so this week keep up the 30 day challenge and ballet moves and hope to start sit ups once get the all clear friday for my 6 week pp checkup!

didnt think the scales would move down as thought was stuck on the same digit for weeks!!

    The stone measurements made me perk up, my son reset my scale to stones for a while and I just turned it back to pounds… but was lazy for months and had to do online conversions until I figured out how to reset it. Congrats on your progress – especially less than 6 weeks post-partum.
