I would like to become a sista in this group as i would like to get my fitness back, loose the baby weight and have fun doing so 🙂
I have run a half marathon last year before i got pregnant with Jessica (i used to do lots of runs for charity) i also was a cheerleader for 6 months and went ballet twice a week- so i can support and motivate others as i have in the past got friends to join me in these activitys. During pregnancy i went to water aerobics twice a week and after 4-8laps of pool.
my weekly success was going on a few walks with jessica (going up hill with a buggy!) also eating one or two fruits a day for the past few days! i have also started ankle strengthening (yesterday 10 reps of releve and eleve) for when i go back to ballet in september!
im still eating lots of junk food tho and so trying to cut back!
Challenge this week– ankle exercise x20 per day and to do my pelvic floors (also start the 30 day #getmoving challenge)
btw im 5 weeks postpartum
